The Human Resources Branch supports the Ministry of Children and Family Development with human resources (HR) and organizational development initiatives, programs and services related to workforce planning, engagement, leadership development, recruitment and retention, corporate HR priorities, occupational health and safety, workplace health and safety, Indigenous recruitment and cultural safety, equity, diversity, inclusion and anti-racism, corporate learning and leadership development, and client services. The SHR team focuses on the strategic needs of the ministry to ensure it has the people and skills it needs to provide exceptional services to the children, youth and families of British Columbia, now and into the future.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- Secondary School graduation, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experiencing using Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working in a professional office environment.
Preference may be given to applicants with the following:
- Experience providing administrative support for human resources.

About this Position:

Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to three (3) days at home per week as per the Telework Agreement
