A key responsibility for the Human Resources Coordinator is to collect and track key human resources metrics, providing analysis and reporting as required.Our ideal candidate will have:Diploma from a recognized educational institution in Business or Public Administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resource Management.Ongoing professional development in relevant areas.Minimum three (3) years of recent related experience in delivering Human Resources programs and services, preferably within a municipal unionized environment.Local government administration training.Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.Member in good standing with CPHR BC & YK, or other provincial association.This exempt position offers a current salary range of $75,300.00 to $83,628.00 commensurate with qualifications and experience. It is anticipated that this vacancy will be 12 months in duration, with a possibility of extension.Workplace flexibility is important to the City of Campbell River.
