THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a skilled professional who can manage our recruiting, retention and on-boarding programs. Your focus will be on creating and managing an efficient and proven strategy that supports our Communities with recruiting and on-boarding, and advising on relevant and effective retention strategies. You understand the recruitment needs through all available platforms; conducting interviews, selection procedures, and creating hiring events. You accomplish these goals by creating a strong recruitment and retention program with support of the Director of Human Resource sand overseeing the full cycle employment life span.
With demonstrated analytical skills, you can easily measure and report on the successes of these initiatives and goals and continuously working on strategies to remain a competitive and desirable Employer.

This is a work from home position with occasional travel.
WHO YOU ARE
Our ideal candidate is a demonstrated effective recruiter with full-cycle experience in the employee journey.
HR background or recent and relevant experience, you are skilled in all aspects of recruitment and retention, with an entrepreneurial spirit of owning your work, creating new initiatives that will have an impact, and showing pride of ownership of your program sand processes.
