Job Description
Qualifications:
- Previous employment in a health care/hospitality setting an asset.
- Demonstrated understanding of/empathy for the needs of seniors.
- Must have a total understanding of scheduling, hiring practices, and human resource management.
- College diploma or university degree in human resources an asset.
Physical Demands:
- Sitting for extended periods at a desk for computer/typing work.
- Standing for extended periods of time.
- Walking short distances and up/down staircases.
- Typing and/or use of a computer keyboard proficiently.
- Pulling/pushing/lifting to open and/or relocate binders, carts, etc. up to 10lbs.
- Reading/seeing documentation both in paper format and on a computer screen for extended periods of time.
- Speaking/communicating in front of audiences and with individuals.
Job Responsibilities
- All tasks related to the hiring of staff members.
- General orientation for all staff members.
- Scheduling, time off requests, vacation requests, and sick day tracking for all staff.
- Ensuring all staff documentation is up-to-date.
- Perform all other job duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
