Job Purpose
The HR Generalist is responsible for managing the Human Resources operations and tactical issues, ensuring growth and scalability. The HR Generalist will serve as a trusted and collaborative advisor and will apply a solid understanding of human resources to develop solutions and ensure operational excellence.
Working in collaboration with ownership and leadership, the HR Generalist will be involved in various functions of Human Resources including regulatory compliance, recruitment, learning and development, compensation, benefits, employee relations, wellness, data integrity and HRIS quality.
The HR Generalist must possess strong skills in building relationships, advising, and guiding the HR aspects of the business. The incumbent will support Randhawa Farms in achieving its business and people objectives and ensure timely management of critical deadlines. They will demonstrate our culture, values and brand and apply our guiding principles of the company to carry out Human Resources objectives.

Required Experience and Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive human resources experience preferred\
- BA Degree (and/or its equivalent) with emphasis in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
- Certified Profession in Human Resources Professional (CPHR) designation or working towards
- Previous experience in the agricultural industry is preferred
- Work experience in recruitment, employee relations, policy development, employee relations, talent management, performance management, onboarding/offboarding required
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
