Trackless Vehicles is currently hiring a Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- The position of HR Generalist will support key people activities related to recruitment, onboarding, group benefits, employee relations and general HR administration for a company of approximately 100 employees.
Qualifications
- University degree in either Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- Experience in a Human Resources position is considered a strong asset.
- Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is considered a strong asset.
Schedule
- This is a full-time permanent position. Regular hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM, and Friday, 8:00AM to 3:00PM.
Benefits
- Starting salary is $60,000 to $75,000, depending on experience.
- Work boot allowance is available.
- Group benefits available, including extended health care and dental.
