Job Description

Are you an experienced HR Specialist with a CHRP designation? Do you have a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals and communities? Regional HIV/AIDS Connection (RHAC) is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated HR Specialist to join our team.

About Us:

RHAC is a volunteer-driven, non-profit, community-based organization serving London and the six surrounding counties – Perth, Huron, Lambton, Elgin, Middlesex, and Oxford. We are inspired by our community and committed to positively impacting the lives of individuals and diverse communities living with, at risk for, or affected by HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C. Our organizational philosophy promotes the principles of harm reduction, anti-racism/anti-oppression, sex positivity, holistic health, and civil society, in adherence to The Ontario Accord/GIPA.

The Role:

As an HR Specialist at RHAC, you will play a pivotal role in various aspects of our organization's HR functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications:

A CHRP designation or equivalent certification is required with 2-3 years direct experience.
