We are rapidly expanding the SaaS business, offering world-leading math software for elementary school age students. We have customers in 60+ countries globally and we’re scaling our team to bring the benefits of Matific to the 450 million elementary students worldwide.
THE ROLE
We are looking for highly motivated individuals, with a clear passion for building a high-growth startup. Inside Sales Executives are responsible for selling the Matific value proposition to inbound and outbound leads across Canada, primarily over the phone, face-to-face meetings, and conferences.
The role will develop and manage a sales pipeline while executing sales strategies to secure deals that will exceed ambitious account acquisition and revenue goals.
Over time, success in the role will open opportunities to take on more responsibility within Canada, or North America.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run an entire sales cycle and close new business to consistently exceed the quota
- Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline, driving new business with untapped customers.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Matific
- Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
- Collaborative with our worldwide sales teams to develop best practices
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience running a full sales cycle and closing business, with proven measurable results
- Strong consultative sales skills and exceptional closing experience
- Fluent in English and French.
- Collaborate on a day-to-day basis with our sales and marketing teams to drive process improvements
