Essential duties but not limited to:
Receive telephone and electronic inquiries.
Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems. Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
Hours of work: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with numbers, has good oral communication, able to work with others, can problem solve, has good organizational skills, can follow directions, comfortable with computer use and is a quick learner. Minimum 2 years office experience.
