Receptionist, Full-Time, Saskatoon

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours/Week
9:00am-6:00pm
The Receptionist is a positive and upbeat talented customer service provider, effective in a wide variety of functions that include administrative and clerical work, customer service, data entry, tracking and reporting functions. Some qualities that would describe this person are: friendly, approachable, efficient, accurate, well-organized, flexible, has a love for learning, is confident and outgoing.

A Day in the Life
- Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls
- Provide information to customers, taking messages, and scheduling appointments over the phone and in-person
- Prepare the daily bank deposit, stocks vehicles and provide administrative support
- Complete website updates and maintain databases
A Great Attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we’re looking for
- Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills
- Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills
- A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
- Must have a valid Driver’s License upon employment
