We are looking for a customer service focused PT (part time) Keyholder to join our team in Victoria Downtown store.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote a customer service focused environment.
- Maintain the highest level of product knowledge
- Educate customers on FARM’s range of products
- Defuse difficult situations and handling difficult customers with many issues, challenges, or barriers.
- Point of Sale (POS), cash handling, and database management.
- Understanding and compliance to the FARM’s Policies & Procedures
- Strong understanding of the industry regulatory environment and that FARM and customers must comply with.
- Strong understanding of the operations across all departments necessary for
efficient customer service.- Ensure the store is maintained to the required standards of customer experience
- Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Strong customer service skills
- Working knowledge of POS systems, Word, and Excel
- Strong communication skills, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Works well in high volume, retail environment
- Able to work independently as well as a member of a team
- Strong cannabis knowledge preferred
- Selling it Right Certificate mandatory.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Must be able to work a variety of night/weekend shifts when required
- Must be willing to cover shifts on short notice
- Reports to: Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor
