The Brand team works collaboratively with all business units to ensure brand consistency across Bell communications including digital experiences advertising and design. Brand also supports our sponsorship, web presence, social media and market insights teams.
As part of the News and Radio Marketing team, and working with the various internal departments, this position will lead the marketing strategy and manage the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for key properties including strategic media planning and working with the Bell Media agency on creative development. This role will be instrumental in all aspects of both portfolios audience growth, revenue generation opportunities, driving viewership across the News portfolio (CTV, CP24, BNN Bloomberg) and listenership across radio portfolio (IHeart radio, Chum, Virgin radio, Move, pure Country Canada, Bounce Radio). This vital role will not only provide support and guidance to a marketing coordinator but also take charge of effectively managing their tasks and responsibilities.
- Driving website visits, app downloads and site metrics (video views) as part of the digital audience growth plan
- Drive digital listener growth and subs growth
- Testing of new social/digital opportunities to drive digital audiences
- Developing short term plans to support programming priorities along with long term brand management including messaging and positioning across all channel touchpoint
- Work closely with internal departments (programming, communications, production, digital, creative) and external partners, on the planning and execution of campaign elements to ensure deadlines are met and within assigned budgets.
- Responsible for leveraging measurement and evaluation tools to report the success of marketing campaigns with key Bell Media stakeholders.
- Conduct frequent analysis on campaign/program performance to optimize efforts for the most efficient marketing mix, better understand our customers and our competitive positioning and to achieve KPI’s
- Digital knowledge spanning social, search, programmatic
- Day-to-day marketing contact with media agency and creative agency
- Manage the creation/delivery of promotional/advertising materials secured through contractual relationships and paid partnerships.
- Monitor and report on ongoing industry marketing activity and best practices.
- Work with the Senior Manager of Marketing on marketing budgets and expenses aligned with this portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or relevant experience
- Able to lead a team and be a creative problem solver
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience managing multiple projects from start to finish (developing the overall strategy & plan, writing creative briefs and overseeing creative development; budget, management, workbacks, logistics, posts)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills
- A thorough understanding of digital communications including the social media landscape, metrics and reporting

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
