The Marketing team at Optable works at the overlap of our customer’s needs, our technology platform and our go-to-market strategy. The Marketing team’s goal is to define & amplify our vision & values, our technological capabilities and our differentiated value in the market. Marketing works closely with teams across Sales, Account Management, Product Management and Leadership stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategy and drive cross-functional execution. As the voice of a global organization serving multiple customer segments we are responsible for driving customization and localization where necessary.
What you’ll do::
As a Marketing Manager you will contribute to the overall Marketing strategy and own the operations across the Marketing organization. This dynamic role will be responsible for making sure that Optable’s marketing campaigns are both effective and efficient. As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:
- Creation & multi-channel execution of digital marketing campaigns including email, paid social, and content sponsorships
- Ownership of Optable’s marketing event & social media calendar including event coordination, sponsorship activation & social posts
- Management of social media posts to amplify Optable’s activity and increase overall brand awareness
- Planning & management of lead generation campaigns running with content & marketing partners
- Coordination & collaboration with PR agencies for both press releases and social media activity
- Coordination & utilization industry research & information partners such as Gartner, Forrester and G2
- Internal management of blog content creation & amplification
- Curation and executive summaries of marketing performance including website traffic, social traffic, overall reach and target account penetration
Who you are::

In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and refine your marketing skills while making a major contribution to Optable’s Marketing organization as their first hire. Optable is looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in B2B technology marketing
- Experience with marketing to companies in the media and/or advertising sector
- Industry knowledge of ad tech companies (i.e. ad servers or programmatic platforms) and/or data & analytics solutions (i.e.DMPs, CDPs, etc) is a plus, but not required
- Understanding of all aspects of B2B social media platforms such as LinkedIn & Twitter as well as related tools
- Knowledge of marketing automation systems such as Hubspot
- Detail oriented, accountable and comfortable with coordinating across numerous stakeholders both internal & external and owning communication with an executive team
- Strong writing skills to help with content creation & copywriting
- A creative mind that can bring new ideas to how we can reach and impact our target markets
- Understanding with account-based marketing approaches to B2B marketing
