Helping customers all over the world improve efficiency, reliability and productivity while reducing emissions gives our work a powerful sense of purpose This role is responsible for supporting, executing, and implementing marketing and communications strategies and programs that drive business results for ABB Motion business. This role supports building marketing campaigns and drives communications for a successful business (b-to-b). He/she uses marketing automation tools to develop and improve marketing campaigns. He/she creates clear and compelling messages – and finds innovative ways to deliver them. The individual will partner with marketing, product management colleagues and sales to plan, develop, coordinate, and execute all necessary marketing and communications efforts. Our goal is to create awareness, engagement and generate traffic to multiple touch points. This role also includes developing, supporting and managing face-to-face trade events.
- Digital marketing : Develop marketing automation campaign (with Pardot) – measure and report
- Produce engaging communications content and assist in the development of content for ongoing projects for internal and external communications (e.g., newsletters for customers/partners, marketing automation campaigns, Linkedin posts, news articles, stories, strategic events etc.).
- Support participation at trade shows/events across Canada
- Create, manage, support, and execute communication projects and tactics with high detail and accuracy from start to finish.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field and has three to five years of relevant experience in a company or marketing agency.
- Experience in an industrial B-to-B environment (with an interest for engineering solutions a plus).
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills.
- High learning agility and adaptability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment, are self-driven, resilient and analytical.
- Superior oral and written communication skills. (French and English a must as the role requires to work daily in both languages).
- Strong project management skills and ability to own projects from start to finish (trade show participation, marketing automation campaigns).
- Knowledge of marketing automation (Pardot) a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) a plus.
- Knowledge of web editing is a nice to have.
- Demonstrates an approach to work that is characterized by commitment, motivation, openness, and energy.
