What you will do:
- Create and execute end-to-end multi-channel marketing plans in accordance with Loyalty goals, strategy, and budget management
- Proactively manage post-analysis reporting for every campaign initiative and summarize insights into recommendations
- Analyze monthly Loyalty Program activity (i.e. transactions, CAA Dollars, etc.) to inform recommendations and plans around how to meet business and partner goals
- Work with key stakeholders including the Loyalty Strategist, Loyalty Partners team, and external teams to leverage Loyalty best practices and facilitate marketing program execution
- Support the Loyalty Manager in developing new marketing approaches and the annual marketing plan that will best communicate the value available to CAA Members.
Who You Are:
Completion of Post Secondary education preferably in business or marketing- 3-5 years related experience in a marketing role, preferably in CPG, loyalty or financial services
- Past demonstration of critically analyzing data and situations to reach recommendations and conclusions
- Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment and demonstrated multi-tasking, prioritization and organization skills
