Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our lighting company. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This position is based at our two branches and requires an in-person presence, as it cannot be done remotely.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our lighting products across various channels, including our physical stores and online platform.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends, and use this information to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, content creation, and advertising to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to drive revenue growth.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
Manage and maintain our online platform, ensuring it is up-to-date with accurate product information, compelling visuals, and a user-friendly interface.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives, such as graphic designers, photographers, and copywriters.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies to continually optimize our marketing efforts.
Provide recommendations for website improvements, customer experience enhancements, and other initiatives to drive online sales.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
Requirements:
A Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on digital marketing channels.
Experience in managing marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Proficient in using marketing tools and analytics platforms to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and impactful marketing content.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
