Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for IT, software, or B2B companies.
- Plan, set up, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximize conversion rates.
- Analyze website traffic data using tools like Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize user experience.
- Create and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Manage online directories and listings to improve brand visibility and increase lead generation opportunities.
- Write compelling ad copy, website content, and blog posts that align with the target audience and marketing goals.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and techniques to optimize website content for search engines and improve organic rankings.
- Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing marketing materials, including banners, infographics, and social media graphics.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a digital marketer in delivering performance for IT, software, or B2B companies.
- Strong track record in generating leads through digital marketing channels.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and experience with email marketing tools.
- Familiarity with online directories and local SEO strategies.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive ad copy and engaging website content.
- Sound knowledge of SEO principles and techniques.
- Experience with SEO management tools and platforms.
- Some Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms for business.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Google analytic certification is preferred but not required
