INSIDE SALES & SUPPORT/MARKETING COORDINATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Situated in Town of Mount-Royal, Crestar Ltd. is the exclusive distributor of Pilot® writing instruments in Canada and Funny Mat® reusable colouring products in North America. We are a small but well-established company servicing a network of major dealers, mass market retailers, wholesalers & independent stores in stationery and the toy industry. Reporting to both the VP of sales and Marketing Manager, duties include but are not limited to:
Sales support and Inside sales related
- Support VP of Sales and representatives with sales activities such as organizing sampling, show specials and various materials needed for shows
- Managing pricing records in the system for various discount structures and special pricing
- Updating system with missing information E.g.: buyers’ information, product specs, dimensions etc.
- Calling customers to follow up on sales activities and quality of service
- Scout out new potential customers and communicating new opportunities to VP and Sales team
- Assisting with Customer inquiries and other related duties
- Manage Customer accounts that are dormant by contacting them and verifying their status and reactivating them when necessary.
Marketing related
- Create and update order forms & price lists in Excel
- Create marketing materials like sell sheets, promo sheets, etc. in web-based design tools like Canva
- Create and update content in customer portals & company’s web store using Magento (specific training provided)
- Create social media content and posting them on platforms like Facebook & Instagram
- Assist Marketing Manager with building an image database for web and print
- Entering sample orders and sponsorship requests in company’s ERP system (training provided)
Skills & requirements
- Good working knowledge of written and spoken English & French
- Proficient with MS Office Software like Word, Excel & Power Point
- Knowledge of web-based design tools like Canva
- Ability & eagerness to learn new technology (customer portals, CMS platforms like Magento v.2, B2B platforms, etc.)
Office location: 8463 Chemin Darnley, TMR, H4T 1X2 – Hybrid remote work is not available

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
