As a Registered Massage Therapist at Axis, utilizing your expertise in clinical reasoning, you are responsible for delivering exceptional quality care and experience to your clients to ensure they reach their fitness and mobility goals.

ROLE OVERVIEW
This role reports to the Clinic Director (CD) of the respective clinic. The ideal candidate has a positive outgoing attitude, open to new business initiatives, eagerness and passion to learn and collaborate with their colleagues, all while upholding Axis standards.
The responsibilities and tasks laid out for the position are representative of those that this individual is expected to perform. This is not a comprehensive list and other responsibilities and/or tasks may be assigned from time to time.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Greet all clients with high energy and enthusiasm
- Deliver exceptional quality care and experience to your clients
- Develop rapport at assessment and determine the clients “Why” and goals
- Utilizing your expertise in clinical reasoning, create a treatment plan and prescribe sessions according to the treatment plan
- Educate clients on why the treatment plan should be completed to reach their goals and ensure clients commit to their prescribed sessions
- Work collaboratively and engage with other therapists to provide the best care for your clients
- Keep clients committed through their plan of care by reverting back to their “Why” and goals as per treatment plan and utilizing other tools to enhance engagement
- Participate and initiate collaborations with local communities to support the development of your own caseload
- Participate in skill building sessions and outreach events to enhance growth
- Embody Axis core values and standards to deliver the Axis Experience
- Attend levelUP meetings with CD to set goals and help you grow

- You are licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college
- You have the appropriate liability insurance
- You are flexible to work days, evenings and/or weekend hours as needed
- You are passionate by nature, wanting to help your team grow as a whole

- You are able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as within a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary: $70,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
COVID-19 considerations:
Medical grade masks and face shields are provided to all Staff. COVID screening and temperature checks are done for all clients and staff. Sensitization bottles in every room and high traffic areas. Facility is deep cleaned every hour.
