Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, On site (No Remote Work)
Job Location: 1117 Sainte-Catherine Rue O, Suite 206, Montreal, QC H3B 1H9
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: Competitive Salary and health benefits
Required Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm
Receptionist Tasks:
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
- Open and date stamp all general correspondence
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support
- Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
- Assist the Client Services department and other staff as requested
- Provide administrative services for Client Services and upper management
- The receptionist will have to manage a number of requests and situations at one time. Time management will be required to complete tasks within a tight deadline.
Social Media Coordinator Tasks:
- SMS responses as they come in
- Keep track of google reviews and respond for each account
- Monitor and update social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, website) for each account
- Track campaign performance
- Establish an influencer network
- Manage a content calendar.
- Maintain brand image across social media channels
- Draft and post blogs weekly
Requirements
- Must be Bilingual.
- Switchboard experience
- Data entry skills
- Typing (at least 50 wpm)
- Time management skills
- Ability to work in a flexible environment (able to adjust the schedule to suit company needs)
- Reception background
- Correspondence management
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
- Must have an understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
- A degree in communications or marketing is an asset
- Experience with social media platforms
- Knowledge of an industry or topic
- Knowledge of collection policies in an asset
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Sprout, Social)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid copywriting and editing skills
- Computer skills; Proficiencies in Word, Excel, PowerPoint are a must.
- Research skill
