About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Strategist to join the Acquisition team!
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving results through paid media and thrive in a collaborative environment? We are seeking a dynamic and experience Senior Paid Media Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative paid media campaigns across various platforms do drive customer acquisition. As you will be responsible for the overall optimization of all channels performance and return on investment, making data-driven decision and conduct A/B test is an essential part of the role. You will be in charge of developing and implementing the innovation roadmap, ensuring that our paid media strategies stay ahead of industry trends and drive continuous improvement. This position requires exceptional collaboration skills as you will be working closely with executives, marketing teams and various stakeholders to align goals and share insights. You will also have the freedom to develop and implement workflows and best practices to enhance the efficiency of the team.

- Be an integral part of the Acquisition team and help support a multi-million-dollar paid media strategy.
- Collaborate with a wide range of contributors, from experts to VP and from internal teams to external partners to align goals, share insights, and drive successful paid media campaigns.
- Serve as the voice of the acquisition team, effectively relaying information to the right stakeholders at the right time to ensure a clear communication and alignment.
- Take ownership of the innovation roadmap, ensuring that our paid media strategies stay ahead of the industry trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead initiatives that bridge the gap between different paid media channels, coordinating efforts and driving cohesive strategies for maximum impact.
- Support the segmentation and targeting strategy to maximize relevancy and performance of all our brands.
- Continuously track results, identify growth and optimization opportunities across the sales funnel and present a testing plan.
- Participate in developing a culture of continuous improvement to strengthen knowledge of the organization’s digital sector.
- Drive change, actively promote innovation by following the latest trends and challenge the status quo.
- Educate internal and external teams about Paid Media, and bring forward new and exciting trends in the space.
- Bring forward attribution analysis as well as related reporting solutions
- Develop and implement new processes to increase the efficiency of the team.
- Own and improve the billing process of the Acquisition team.
You are...
- Undergraduate degree (bachelor’s or equivalent) in marketing or communications, or equivalent.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in managing paid media campaign with a focus on performance. Agency experience an asset.
- You have managed large-scale campaigns; multi-brands, multi-products with significant budgets.
- Confident in sharing POVs on Paid Media topics, communicating solutions and ideas on an ongoing basis.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads, TikTok, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
- Results-oriented, you have a strong analytical mind.
- Experience with A/B and/or Multivariate testing concepts is an asset.
- Well organized and excellent at project management, you easily handle situations with multiple stakeholders to manage, and you can manage tight deadlines.
- You have a solutions-driven mindset, not afraid to challenge status quo, and innovate.
- Approaching things with a positive attitude, you are a high-energy person, with a collaborative approach.
- You love working in a fast-pace, rapidly changing environment.
- Bilingualism. Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
