SURGICAL TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST, hiring in: Southwestern Ontario
Tribe is looking for a motivated individual to join our Central region sales team, based in the 401 west corridor - servicing London to Windsor area, with a big piece of your time in Windsor. You will represent Tribe Medical, the exclusive independent distributor authorized to sell Arthrex, Inc. products to surgeons and healthcare professionals throughout the territory.
Our Medical Device Sales Representatives achieve sales quota’s by supporting surgeons and other surgical staff directly in the OR each and every day, engage in continuous medical education programs, and more.
Previous sales experience is an asset; however, Tribe provides a comprehensive training program that is unique to the medical device industry in Canada, entailing a 6 month curriculum that will prepare you to be an expert on Arthrex’s devices, orthopaedic surgical techniques, and cutting-edge technologies.
The right candidate for our team is driven, has proven determination, is passionate about what they do, and can manage their time and prioritize successfully. A post secondary degree is required unless your experience and skills are an equivalent consideration. You will be expected to include travel outside of the province for labs with customers and training programs, including into Ontario as well as Arthrex’s headquarters in Naples, Florida.
We provide a base pay, monthly auto, cell & parking allowances, commission, bonus and more.
