We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to temporarily fill the Accounts Payable and Office Administrative Clerk position in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years experience working in a similar position or experience as a A/P Clerk. We can train the right person to adapt to Company’s policies and procedures.
- Experience in processing vendor invoices and working with shipping/ receiving department on inventory issues.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to learn and adapt quicky.
- Ability to work within and meet required deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as data entry.
- Valid driver’s license.
Job duties:
- Match quantity per vendor invoices to actual quantity received per shipping/ receiving documentation and identify inventory issues.
- Receive inventories by matching physical inventory to packing slips and enter the received inventories in the system.
- Work with the shipping/ receiving department to resolve the inventory issues.
- Identify vendor credits and communicate with vendors to receive the credits in due course.
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical office support.
- Balancing cash and bank deposits.
- Review, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and couriers manually or electronically.
- Manage office supplies and maintenance of office equipment.
- File, fax, photocopy and scan documents as required.
- General Accounts Payable and other administrative duties as and when required.
Conditions:
- Candidates currently residing in Saskatchewan will only be considered for this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 14 months
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
