Lacey Construction provides high quality residential and commercial construction in the Fraser Valley. We are looking for our next all star team member to join our diverse and friendly crew!

This position acts as a liaison between the Accounting Department and the Construction divisions with respect to accounts payable and more. Responsible for compliance with policies and procedures, timely and accurate invoicing, inputting of invoices, as well as inputting and monitoring of all documents, transactions and records impacting the Accounts Payable system. The position will also provide support for our Renovation Manager in the formation of quotes, customer service and some safety; as well as ordering materials, trade coordination and email review.
Duties will include, Reception, Accounts Payable, Accounting functions, Administrative functions, and ensuring the office is ready and welcoming for everyone!
The Qualifications that would help ensure success in this role include:
- Client focused strong work ethic – willing to jump in as needed
- 2 plus years of AP and Administration work
- Formal training in AR/AP processes is an asset.
- Excellent English language reading, writing, speaking and listening skills.
- General computer skills with and intermediate or better skills with MS Excel and functional skills using MS Word and Outlook.
- Practical working knowledge of Quickbooks software systems is desirable.
- A demonstrated ability to work well independently, solve challenges and achieve results.
- Self starter and a strong work ethic with attention to detail – friendly and outgoing
- Awareness of construction processes, terms and materials would be a bonus
