Job Description
Local Legal is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Support Specialist to join our team. While legal experience is desired, it is not required. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative assistance and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This position requires an individual with exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:
1. Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
2. Greet visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
3. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
4. Assist with document preparation, formatting, and editing.
5. Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
6. Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
7. Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
8. Collaborate with internal departments to support their administrative needs.
9. Provide support during special projects and events as required.
10. Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a discreet manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships.
- Legal background or experience is desired but not required.
- Must have valid driver’s license, insurance, and a dependable vehicle with the ability to travel locally.
