Job Description

Job Description:

· Support with documents, drawings and spreadsheets

· Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports

· Manage, maintain and control office supplies, equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE)

· Complete purchase order requisitions and change orders

· Coordinate field service travel arrangements and material shipments with various clients

· Assist with Health, Safety, Security and Environment documentation preparation

· Reception duties including greeting guests, deliveries, outgoing mail etc.

· Maintain and update bookkeeping records

· Prepare vendor invoices for processing

· Process and record accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll

Qualifications and Skills:

· At least three years of progressively responsible administrative experience, ideally in the oil and gas industry

· Post secondary education in the administration field or other technical subjects

· Experience with Sage, QuickBooks or other accounting software is an asset

· Advanced skills in Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Professional

· Skilled in the use of AutoCad would be considered an asset

· Proven ability to perform administrative duties with professionalism, accuracy, and a keen eye to detail

· Proven time management, prioritization, and organizational skills,

· Calm positive attitude under pressure and shows professionalism in all interactions

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling, grammatical and proof-reading ability

· Demonstrates flexibility and a positive "can-do" attitude

· Team player who will step in to help wherever needed

· Superior, and proven, respect of confidentiality and confidential matters

· Seeks continuous improvement and proactively identifies opportunities

· Ability to have some flexibility with work schedule when required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
