Job Description
We are hiring an Office Administrator for a permanent full-time position in our office in Concord, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator. Must have strong Microsoft Office skills, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills. Experience with QuickBooks accounting software is required and candidates with advanced to proficient experience with QuickBooks software will be prioritized.
Responsibilities
- Work is on-site 5 days per week, 8 hours a day
- Answer calls and greet walk-in clients
- Schedule and confirm deliveries
- Take payments and invoice customers
- Generate estimates, purchase orders, and invoices using QuickBooks
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Communicate to vendors, suppliers, and customers with Microsoft Outlook
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Quickbooks Accounting Software
- A college or university degree is an asset but is not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Oulook, Word, and Excel
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask
- Salary: $20-$22 per hour depending on experience
