Job Description
Door Painters has an immediate position available for a full-time Office Administrator.
Office Administrator Job Duties:
- Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
- AP and AR
- Assist with time-card entry and payroll preparation
- Manages reception area and greets visitors and answers the phone
- Maintains inventory lists and orders office supplies as needed
- Enters staff expense requests
- Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
- Maintains accurate records for employee holiday requests
- Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Office Administrator Skills and Qualifications:
Prior Office Management Experience Preferred (2-5 years Office Administrator experience preferred); Strong Attention to Detail; Ability to Work Without Supervision; Excellent Time Management Skills; Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills; Technical Skills, Including Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs; Ability to Handle Confidential Information; Strong Record Keeping Skills; QuickBooks Experience required.
Position Hours:
· Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m.to 4:00 p.m.
· Must have reliable transportation as this location is not on a bus route.
Wages:
$22.00 p/hour to start and upon completion of three-month probationary period $24.00 p/hour with company benefits after three months.
