Job Description
Dr. Pollard and Dr. Diaz are seeking a full time Office Manager to manage their three locations - Kelowna Orthodontics, Mission Creek Orthodontics, and West Kelowna Orthodontics.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Human Resources - this role involves managing a large team over three locations. This aspect of the role includes managing staff concerns, annual reviews, keeping practice policies up to date and enforced, employee recruitment and onboarding, and keeping up to date personnel files for all employees.
Bookkeeping and accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
Doctor and staff scheduling for three office locations.
Managing employee Health Spending Accounts.
Errand running for the three offices, being the go-to person for all the “little things” that help keep the day-to-day running smoothly.
Outreach to local dental offices.
Various other tasks including event planning, daily deliveries between the offices, support for the in house lab staff (3D printing), and liaising with supply reps.
This role requires time management, flexibility, multitasking, and a hustle type attitude. Most of all, a compassionate and proactive approach as the staff advocate is essential to the role. Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
