In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.A day in the life:The first point of escalation for the Talent Operations Team and are always ready to support with any hiring and onboarding questions or concerns which are complex in natureThe subject matter expert for all Talent Operations processes and are a consultant for any proposed updates which may impact the teamThe primary project partner and key point of enrollment for any new team processesResponsible and support in the Talent Operations team in all project workHold the planning and administrative functions for the Talent Ops Team including; creation and maintenance of process documents, management of team metrics, vacation, and expense trackers, collection and analysis of team data, and training new team membersSupports the Manager, Talent Acquistion in defining the structure, roles, and responsibilities of the Talent Operations teamWork closely with cross functional partners including Talent Managers, Position Administration, P&C Digital, and People ExperienceQualifications2+ years in a Talent Acquisition function, preferrable supporting the operations groupExperience developing and implementing new processesMulti-tasking is second nature - plan, organize and manage multiple projects and prioritiesExcellent technical ability (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with HRIS and ATS (Avature and Workday)Exceptional organization and interpersonal skills are a mustExcellent communication skills - verbal and writtenHighly ethical and able to deal with confidential issues with tact & discretionMust be an effective team player - must possess ability to relate well to people and work in cooperation with others to effectivelymust havesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take yourself too seriously.Compensation and Benefits PackageAt lululemon, investing in our people is a top priority.
