CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice is a franchise bubble tea chain with over 4500 stores worldwide. We have opened several locations in Metro Vancouver for the past years, and are going to grow more quickly.
We are seeking an Operation Manager to oversee and manage the operations of our stores. As an Operation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful and consistent operation of multiple locations while upholding the company standards and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities
「Operation Management」
- Analyze sales data, assist in cost estimation and sales target setting, identify issues, and submit detailed reports and improvement plans to the management team.
- Regularly inspect the operational conditions, record and evaluate the QSC standards in areas such as Quality, Service, and Cleanliness as per company requirements, and provide regular reports and feedback.
- Assist in decision-making for new product launches, oversee the entire process including pre-launch testing, training plans, monitor sales performance during the launch, and participate in post-launch analysis.
- Assist in the regular inspection, maintenance, and upkeep of equipment, and track repair schedules and status of critical equipment.
- Monitor store inventory levels, collaborate with the Purchase & Logistics department to ensure sufficient supply of ingredients, while controlling costs and minimizing losses from expired products.
- Continuously track sales and productivity data of each store, evaluate employee performance, customer reviews, and operational conditions, provide feedback, and develop improvement plans to achieve better operational results.
- Conduct other jobs assigned by upper management.
「Employee Development」
- Provide ongoing support to store managers, assisting them in prioritizing tasks, setting goals, and planning their work.
- Coordinate the allocation of manpower, and assist in scheduling to enhance productivity and avoid inefficient utilization of resources.
- Guide and monitor store managers in completing operational reports, productivity reports, and other relevant documentation, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports.
- Participate in the management trainee program, collaborating with the HR department to develop training plans for management talent, conducting regular assessments and providing recommendations for promotion.
- Supervise store staff training processes and standards, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to operate stores effectively.
「Business Analysis」
- Conduct research and analysis on the operational status of competitors to gain insights into their trends and strategies.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the local community and target customer base, regularly conduct customer opinion surveys and analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in multi-store or operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry or specifically in the bubble tea sector.
- Excellent team management and training skills, capable of providing effective training to employees and offering real-time guidance and support.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities, able to collaborate effectively with upper management and cross-departmental teams.
- Emphasis on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to handle and resolve operational issues.
- Familiarity with brand and the ability to ensure the maintenance and enhancement of brand image and standards across all stores.
- Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving, capable of interpreting financial data, analyzing store data, and providing recommendations.
- Understanding of inventory management, supply chain logistics, and cost control principles.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, with a focus on business management, hospitality management, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a positive, proactive, self-motivated work attitude, with a sense of responsibility and reliability.
