Job Description Posting End Date:July 31, 2023Employee Type:Regular-Full timeUnion/Non:This is a non-union positionDo you have strong customer service, leadership, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills? #joinourteamThe Service Owner is expected to have a deep technical understanding of the applications within Workload Planning and Dispatch portfolio and understand how changes will impact the business and the applications.What you will do:Responsible for ensuring compliance to all SMO, Security, TIS processes including but not limited to security, change and release, project management, budget, privacy etc.Develop / maintain relationships with business stakeholders, including communications affecting service delivery (e.g., service outages, incidents, changes, etc.Has a deep functional and technical understanding of the capabilities of existing solutions (Maximo & Outsystems platform) within the Workload Planning and Dispatch portfolio.Responsible for accurate Capital and Operating cost reporting, including budget and forecast input, validation of actuals and completion of related activities, (accruals, resource forecasting, and actuals review).Responsible for understanding and monitoring service costs for their areaResponsible for understanding and providing information to support the development and maintenance of application technology roadmaps.Who you are:College or University degree OR three-year technical diploma2+ years of leadership experience (experience in a technical or supervisory leadership role)7+ years of experience working in Maximo T&D enterprise solutionExperience with managing complex, large scale integrations with solutions in the CRM, SCM & FSM domainsKnowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, ITIL, Azure CloudExperience working with AMS (Application Managed Services) partnersGood relationship management, consensus building and communications skills.
