We have been specializing in luxury menswear for nearly 70 years and have been officially recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:Focus on recruiting, training and development of top Customer Service Representative talent.Provide day to day leadership to the customer service team.Ensure ongoing EID and customer service standards of excellence are demonstrated at service deskProvide coaching support to ensure POS policy and procedure standards from entire store teamSupport policy and procedures standards in line with our Brand Promise in ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer service experienceProvide recommendations to Senior Leadership on process improvements, and efficiency suggestions in systems and processesMaintain efficiency and profitability through POS and inventory practices accuracyEnsure all store maintenance issues and Facilities issues are resolvedCoordinate and support accurate and timely markdowns, and restylesCollaborate with National Leader on Inventory Planning, Coordination and Execution at store levelIdentify trending issues for resolution and complete LP Audits on causes for transaction errorsEnsure BOPIS admin responsibilities are completed as required.
