We are currently seeking a Branch Operations Manager for our Showroom/Warehouse located in Calgary, AB. The successful incumbent will effectively manage the receipt, transfer, storage, handling, and delivery of HanStone Quartz slabs and other products at the branch in a safe and cost-effective manner. This position is responsible for the inventory management and order fulfillment for the regions of Western Canada, while managing the showroom appointments and all operations personnel at the branch. The Branch Operations Manager is held accountable for properly managing, tracking, and fulfilling customers’ purchase orders and ensuring customer satisfaction, while working closely with the sales team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Effectively and closely manage day-to-day operations.
· Build relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Propose and initiate improvements as needed to enhance customer service.
· Report to and communicate effectively with the Regional Director and National Operations Manager with regards to all things related to branch operations.
· Manage inventory effectively to ensure timely delivery, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
· Manage showroom/slab-view appointments to provide homeowners and trade professionals the best showroom experience, answer questions, and connect/refer them to the sales team or stone professionals.
· Empower, train, and care for all operations personnel, including but not limited to, customer service representatives, showroom associate, warehouse personnel, and drivers.
· Ensure that employees have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties in a positive environment.
· Follow and implement all safety-protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
· Closely work with and collaborate with the sales team for the ultimate, common goal of the region’s success.
· Responsible for housekeeping tasks, including but not limited to, cleanliness, filing, organization, accounts payable, warehouse & office supplies and maintenance, etc.
· Hire, train, and manage people.
Qualifications:
· Experience with SAP preferred or
· Ability to learn company’s SAP system, inventory management, order processing, and other operational processes quickly.

Salary: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
