Payroll Analyst- - - - - - - - - - - -Mission:
- Ensure employees have a positive experience in all payroll matters.
- Meet all legal and required regulations while accurately calculating compensation according to company policies.
Job Description :- Manage and steer the operational activities for all payroll payment in accordance with company pay policies.
- Guarantee compliance with all regulatory laws and requirements and company quality and control guidelines.
- Represent Michelin in payroll matters with local and national governmental agencies.
- Monitor and implement new procedures and processes to support the changing business needs and to improve productivity.
Requirements :- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources ,Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in Payroll Processing
- Tax calculation and Labour Law knowledge is preferable
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Excellent service mind and communication skill
- Thai native speaker with English fluency
