Job Description
Regenerative MD is looking to add a new LPN or Medical Laboratory Assistant to join our ever-growing team. We are a fun and innovative team that exists to heal, rejuvenate and preserve the joints, tendons and bodies of our patients.
Role:
We are looking to fill a part-time role with someone who is willing to go above and beyond to ensure our clients experience leaves a lasting impression. You will require a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role and be either a LPN or Medical Lab Assistant. This role is primarily for Saturday's with flexibility for additional hours. Below is a list of responsibilities.
· Welcome clients into the Regenerative MD space
· Ensure clients have filled out all necessary forms
· Manage booking schedules
· Process payments
· Manage referrals
· Clean exam rooms
· Management of client flow through clinic
· Support clinical staff with miscellaneous tasks through the day
· Prepare refreshments
· Development of clinical processes
· Medical studies review and management of research database
· Facilitate referrals triage process
· Coverage for both our nurse and phlebotomist as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
· 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
· Licensed Practical Nurse or Medical Laboratory Assistant
· Basic computer skills
· Experience using Netcare and an EMR such as Input Health would be an asset

Availability Required:
· Saturday’s (excluding most Saturday’s that fall on a long weekend)
· Occasional vacation/sick coverage
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-16 per week
Salary: $23.00-$32.00 per hour
