The Role
The Product Marketing Specialist manages and executes integrated marketing campaigns across specific areas of our public safety ecosystem. Your role will bind our business and product strategy together with the marketing programs and tactics needed to achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product positioning and messaging that resonate with the target audience and ensure consistency across campaigns and sales enablement tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, but not limited to, Product, Sales, and Operations, to align marketing strategies with business objectives
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, email, content marketing) to attract and engage target audience segments
- Create solution-specific content, including sales enablement materials, white papers, collateral, presentations, etc.
- Maintain consistent corporate branding throughout all touchpoints, promotional materials, events, and customer communications
- Partner with event marketing for product messaging, content, and communications
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and sales enablement content. Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to optimize effectiveness
What You'll Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing with a track record of helping successfully launch campaigns
- Experience in B2B marketing and technology preferred, public safety industry experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of brand recognition and demand generation with a track record of owning campaigns from concept to impact
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and teams and lead through influence
- Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Storyteller with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical and complex concepts
- Strong evidence of creative and strategic thinking and execution (examples always help)
- A self-starter and strong problem solver with a 'can-do' attitude
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and CMS software
