This includes receiving, sorting, pricing, merchandising and sales and is accomplished through teamwork with the staff. The primary focus of the role is to ensure efficient production and a daily retail focus. Daily targets for production and financial goals are tracked to ensure the shop will hit key performance indicators.This role is integrated into all aspects of the shop and, while it is a leadership position, it is also a position of direct involvement. There are many times the role is instructional and many times it is a hands-on side-by-side working positionThe Production Manager directly supervises staff and along with the General Manager form the Management Team in the operation of the shop to ensure teamwork and a desirable working and shopping environment. is in line with MCCO Best PracticesResponsible for managing the sales growth of the shop in consultation with the General ManagerProductionOversee all processing of donations from receiving to retail floorEnsure production quotas from each department are being met for the shop(s)Evaluate sales statics, production reports and monitor sales targetsAssist Coordinators in developing strategies to meet their revenue targetsOversee management of seasonal items including garden, sports, Christmas and other seasonal merchandise in storage areasAssess workroom layout and efficiency and change as
