The Program Manager – Leadership Development will be a key player in the people transformation strategy of Bell Business Markets, focusing on the program management and execution of key functions within the BBM Graduate Leadership Program.
Reporting into the Senior Manager, Leadership Development, the Program Manager will manage functions of the BBM Graduate Leadership Program and Summer Internship Program, which includes the recruitment, onboarding, leadership development sessions, and other engagement programing for these team members. In addition, the Program Manager will also project manage select engagement events, which would involve working with cross functional partners towards project goals. In addition, the Program Manager will act as the Quebec prime, and will attend select recruitment or engagement events in the Montreal area.

- Plans, monitors and manages internal people programs as well as select engagement projects from initiation through completion
- Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, supply management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and stakeholder management
- Ensures all assigned projects meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule and cost
- Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions
- Facilitate team meetings to communicate progress, status, issues, assignments and escalations
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management
- Engage and build strong relationships with program participants and other business stakeholders to ensure alignment with program strategy
- Ensure that quality standards are adhered to and that initiatives/projects in the program are completed on time, on scope and on budget
- Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to be highly creative in formulating solutions
- University degree in Human Resources, Business, or in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3 years of relevant experience in program or project management, with at least 1 of those years focused on a human resources related portfolio
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong presentation skills (i.e. peers, team members, executives, and clients)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and gain stakeholder alignment
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables at the same time in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and risk management skills
- Project management skills with demonstrated problem solving skills
- Strong aptitude to recognize opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action
- Experience working in a technology or telecommunications sector
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies
- Experience managing events

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
