Flying Post Camp and Logistics (FPCL) has become well known in the Sudbury and Timmins area. FPCL’s primary focus is designing and manufacturing remote workforce housing and modular accommodations. FPCL is currently completing a construction project for the IAMGOLD Côté Gold Project.
We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team.
Location: Lively, ON/ On Site (Combination of office and site as required).
Position: Project Coordinator
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
· Support the successful delivery of projects within the site services contract from initiation phase to completion. This includes estimating and planning, coordinating internal and external resources, material procurement, and monitoring the execution of work as per project scope.
· Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of facility and equipment repairs, upgrades, maintenance, or other required work.
· Assistance with project related cost control and budgeting as required.
· Have a deep comprehension of the organization’s contracts and rental agreements and provide contract management support to the Site Services team.
· Communicate project updates with the client, management and FPCL project team.
· Ensure the project’s site policies and procedures are being adhered to.
· Provide technical support to Site Services Manager, and additional staff as required.
· Complete the preparation of project related reporting and schedule updates.
· Having a clear understating of the scope, the sequence of tasks, milestones, related risks, and the critical path for all ongoing projects and activities.
· Respond to client requests and inquiries.
· Maintain and manage spreadsheets. Storing, securing, revising, retrieving, distributing, and archiving project documents on daily basis.
· Perform document formatting and quality checks before final issue.
· Prepares reports as requested by management team.
· Perform other duties as required.
Education/ Qualifications
· Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Technical, or Engineering related discipline.
· General understanding of a project lifecycle including design and construction processes and requirements.
· Minimum of 2-4 years of experience preferred. Specifically prior exposure to project management, cost control, scheduling, and estimating.
· Excellent English communication skills required.
· Must be able to work independently and with others.
· Having a clear ability to review and interpret drawings and specifications.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
