We are a fast-growing organization, currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to be a part of Consulting Firm.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager that will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery on behalf of our clients, while helping to develop Dokainish & Company’s ongoing business and internal talent as part of our Sr. Consultants’ team.

This is a full-time, non-remote, in-office position based in downtown Toronto, Ontario.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
Change Management
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to optimize stakeholder adoption, minimize resistance, and achieve desired project outcomes.
Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, needs assessments, change readiness and adoption assessments when implementing a new system or procedure.
Manage stakeholder expectations and cultivate cooperation.
Facilitate conflict resolution and end-user resistance in accordance with the client’s organizational culture.
Perform user acceptance testing to gather and consolidate systemic and user experience issues.
Effectively convey technical concepts into easily understandable language for people with limited or no knowledge in the subject matter.
Skillfully address client and internal staff’s concerns with empathy, while simultaneously fostering their positive attitudes towards a change.
Project Management
Execute all phases of multiple projects from initiation to closure and ensure auditable completion of all project deliverables.
Deliver on-time, in-budget projects - Execute projects and services within the intended scope, timeframe and funds.
Manage resources - Coordinate with internal and client teams to identify and allocate the necessary resources for each project.
Develop project plans - Create detailed plans for each project to outline execution strategy including objectives, schedule, and cost.
Track and communicate progress – Ensure tasks are properly planned and executed. Measure performance for presentation to clients and internal leadership.
Facilitate and document business requirements elicitation sessions, map and evaluate client processes and outcomes, generate reports, and perform gap assessment.
Deliver efficient and effective solutions to novel and complex situations in unfamiliar domains and technologies.
Business Development
Train new/junior change management and/or project controls staff based on industry best practices and personal experience in the industry.
Make recommendations to Dokainish executive management for sensible changes, adjustments, or upgrades to internal work practices.
Find and develop prospects for new business opportunities through existing clients, professional networking, organizational membership, and attendance at conferences.

Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
6+ years of full-time experience with related project experience with a consulting, IT, engineering, or professional services company.
Experience with change management services including communication plan, conflict and resistance management, change readiness and adoption assessments, and stakeholder management.
Business analysis experience including requirements gathering, process mapping, and facilitating sessions is an asset.
Experience with implementing SAP SucessFactors Employee Central and complex HR environments is an asset.
Experience with project controls on large, active projects of various kinds and at various scales is an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint.
Diverse experience in various sectors and industries.
Experience with multi-billion-dollar companies is an asset.
Superior working knowledge of MS tools, including MS Visio, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel.
College degree or equivalent work experience.
Willing to Travel.
Solid understanding of Business Intelligence concepts, and overall Analytics is required.
Formidable problem-solving, organizational, empathic, and written/oral communication skills.
Computer, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task and demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse work group of vendors, executive managers, subcontractors, consultants and other professionals.
Ability to think critically and evaluate situations and solve problems creatively with tact and good judgement.
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain strict standards of confidentiality.
Establish and maintain excellent customer relations with clients.
Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required.
Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, or willing to relocate.
This is a full-time, in-office (non-remote) position, based in downtown Toronto, Ontario.
