Position Scope:We are seeking a Project Administrator (Fort McMurray) to support our Project Coordination team by supporting the coordination and management of a variety of site functions, such as: employee tracking, supporting reporting of performance, ordering of materials/services, and administering billing. Site Coordinators use established processes to support site staff and help identify areas of concern that require attention. Schedule: 5x2 or 7x7Salary: $59,000.00 to $68,000.00 per year.

Collect, analyze, and support reporting of records relating to employee, equipment, and production. Including data entry as required and uploading/ downloading of records into reporting software (Power BI and JDE)- Provide information to Field Supervision & Clients as required, using established reporting templates and shared mailboxes. Includes monitoring and follow up of email requests and preparing approval documents.
- Complete administrative functions including ordering of supplies and 3rd party services as well as receiving billing and accruals.
- Support invoicing and payroll functions as directed by Project Coordinators/Management.
Qualifications:What Makes You the ONE
Minimum five years of progressive experience in an administrative position.- Post-secondary education related to office or business administration would be considered an asset.
- Experience with JDE and Power BI software would be an asset.
- Strong organization and administrative skills, including the ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Good working knowledge of the organization's external business relationships.
- Extensive technical skills using MS Office, Outlook, and the ability to actively reference the internet.
- Superior communication skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of the organization and to use strong network skills to achieve results and obtain information required, using tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
- Experience in business writing, drafting correspondence, minute taking, reports, etc.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a calm and professional manner.
- Strong detail orientation.
