We are currently seeking a Project Manager (Health) to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).
How You'll Help Us:
As a Senior Project Manager with Health experience, you will oversee a dynamic multi-disciplinary team responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of IM/IT projects. Our clients need to have their business transformed to succeed in an increasingly complex marketplace.
You will help us by being responsible for managing all aspects of projects throughout the project lifecycles Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control and Closure. By additionally using PMBOK project management methodologies, you will influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, provide a high level of accuracy and detail in all communications, effectively delegate, motivate and provide team oversight, develop and establish financial policies and procedures.

Once You Are Here, You Will:
- Provide project oversight of resources and stakeholders.
- Manage timelines and milestones, scope and project budget.
- Document project outcomes.
- Monitor, summarize and communicate the progress of activities to the appropriate leadership team members.
- Follow best PMBOK practices and adhere to the processes, documentation, and practices established by the IM/IT Project Services Office.
- Manage engagement scope and client expectations.
- Successfully complete projects; adhering to schedules, budgets and resource availability.
- Conduct proactive appraisal of team deliverables.
- Develop and foster collaborative working relationships with customers.
- Manage teams of developers, assign and coordinate work activities, and provide feedback for career and personal development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery methods, techniques, processes, and practices.
- Provide management with project status reports based on progress details extracted from the NTT Data Transformation Manager tool suite.
- Support business development efforts by participating in sales activities, RFP responses and proposal development, product demonstrations, etc.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years leadership experience with IM/IT Services, project management, programs and services.
- Minimum 5+ years Project Management experience in a complex health care organizational environment preferred.
- PMP designation.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience applying PMI's PMBOK pragmatically to specialized software development engagements.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience leading teams of staff with indirect accountabilities to other operational units.
- Preferred:
- Experience working on IM/IT health projects.
- Experience working through the Government Architectural Review Board (ARB) process.
- Master's degree, particularly in health administration, leadership, business administration.
- Certified Health Executive (CHE) and/or Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) designation.
- IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management Professions (PMO) and/or organizational change management certification.
- Experience in working with patient care leaders.
- Experience in business analysis.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and influencing skills.
