Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define project scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, and deliverables in collaboration with customers and management.
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
- Motivate and supervise project team members, contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
- Collect best practices and tools for project execution and management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years Rebar experience.
- Construction engineering Degree/Diploma or similar field combined with structural steel experience.
- Knowledge of project management skills, with understanding of scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, and deliverable management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects types simultaneously
- Effective communicator, written and oral with ability to present to management
- Financial knowledge, ability to define/track project financials such as Budget, Margin, Invoicing.
- Process and detail oriented
- Strong computer skills, MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point, Projects.
- High Level of Organization and Scheduling Abilities.
