Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Telecommunications, Engineering, or Project Management. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
- Proven experience in managing telecom projects, preferably in a project management role. Experience with various telecom technologies and infrastructure deployment projects is highly desirable.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of telecom networks, equipment, and technologies (e.g., fiber optics, wireless networks, IP networking, etc.). Familiarity with telecom regulations and industry standards.
- Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and control projects. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Time and Resource Management: Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess project risks, identify issues, and propose solutions.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing project requirements and priorities.
