We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, managing office supplies, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a professional attitude. Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain the reception area in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
- Provide information about the company and its services to visitors and callers.
- Ensure that all visitors sign in and out of the reception area.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: From $22.00 per hour
