Job Description
We currently have a full-time opportunity for a receptionist, this position is located in Oakville, ON.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with clients, prospects, and vendors by phone.
- Welcoming clients by greeting them and enhancing client relationships.
- Distributing faxes and emails from the general inbox to appropriate team members.
- Arranging courier delivery, and receiving and distributing mail.
- Ensuring the reception area is presentable at all times.
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties as required.
- Assist in facilitating daily vehicle licensing, as required.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years Administrative/Coordinator experience.
- A university or college degree considered an asset OR equivalent experience.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills including planning and coordinating.
