Job Description
CD'Arcy Bain Physiotherapy is seeking a receptionist for our St James location. This position is for 25 - 30 hours/week, varying shifts, Monday - Friday (no weekends!). Shifts range from 6:45 am - 7:00 pm.
Requirements:

· Ability to work in a busy environment
· Professional and reliable
· Strong computer skills
· Occasional work as an aide, assisting physiotherapists with patients
Duties include:
· Booking appointments
· Sending claims off to insurance companies
· Taking payments
· Order supplies and tracking inventory
· Various administrative tasks
· Candidate should be service-oriented, flexible, capable of multitasking, have excellent phone skills and enjoy working in a busy environment.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED required, post secondary certificate/diploma in related field considered an asset
-1+ year front desk/receptionist experience preferred but not required
-Experience in an administrative role is considered an asset
