Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile and highly organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Admin/Social Media Manager. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service as the front-line representative of our office, managing administrative tasks, and overseeing social media platforms to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience effectively. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer incoming calls, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive image of the company.
Assist clients with general inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Administrative Tasks:Provide administrative support to the office team, including agents and management.
Manage scheduling and appointment coordination for the office.
Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
Handle general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining office equipment.
Social Media Management:Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence and brand awareness.
Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms promptly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns.
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative social media strategies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
- Proven experience in receptionist/administrative roles.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry is an asset.
