If you are an outgoing and responsive individual who loves to provide the highest standard of client service and care, we’re looking for you to fill the role of Full Time Receptionist based in Calgary for Justin Havre & Associates, Canada’s #1 RE/MAX First real estate team for five consecutive years in closed transactions.
The successful candidate will join a team of high-powered agents who work hard and get things done in a fast-paced environment. You will be well-spoken, extroverted and personable, and have excellent communications skills. As the first line of contact with our clients, we expect you to represent our office optimally, handling all incoming calls, texts and emails with the highest quality of service, gathering relevant information and ensuring all requests are immediately handled with efficiency, effectiveness and confidentiality.
You will also have access to sensitive files and information and must be trustworthy in this role.
Working knowledge with Google, internet navigation and all things Apple/Mac is a must.

Responsibilities
- Provide the highest standard of client service and care as the first point of phone, text and email contact for our clients
- Answer all incoming client calls without delay
- Collect, record and process client information and requests
- Respond to texts and emails throughout the day
- Coordinate action items with real estate agents
- Administrative services include gathering information, preparing statistical reports, maintaining an accurate and efficient electronic filing system
- Collaborate on ideas and contribute insight; your opinion matters to us
- Accept other tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Must have exceptional communication skills and be thoroughly comfortable and enthusiastic in speaking to people on the phone, and responding to texts and emails
- Demonstrate a dynamic, enthusiastic, articulate and well-spoken attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player with a tight-knit company where all activities affect the bottom line
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Competent in Apple & Google technology
- Highest level of integrity and respect for others
- Based in Calgary
